Step 1: Choosing items add to shopping cart


On the product description page, select the size of the product you want to buy, add the shopping cart, and choose to continue shopping. 


Step 2Enter accurate contact information and check out 


If this is your first time shopping on our website, please click CREATE AN ACCOUNT FOR LATER USE at the bottom of the shopping cart settlement page. Already have an account, please log in to your account for easy access to order records. 


Please be sure to enter accurate contact information so that we can ensure that your order is expected to be delivered. Select the appropriate delivery method and payment method and click check out.


If your country or region is more suitable for other express company, please select DHL and check out, and then contact us switch to other delivery methods for you.


Step 3Finish Payment


After you've checked out your order, the website system will automatically email you an order invoice. If you do not receive the order invoice, please check to see if the email has been intercepted or contact us resend an order invoice.


You can use your credit card(Visa/Master or debit card) to pay online through Western Union or MoneyGram.

Step 4: Delivery


Once you have paid, please email us order number with MTCN(money transfer control number) of Western Union, the reference number of MoneyGram or receipt of the bank transfer. After verifying your payment will process your order immediately.

Once picked up your payment, update the payment status on the website and notify employee ship package during working time. If any products you have ordered are out of stock(this is very rare) Will email you choose other products or refund.


Send packages to the United States and the UK, usually using DHL 4-6 business days to your hands. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us(rephot@outlook.com).


Step 5: Package on hold by customs or get lost


Usually, customs will release your package 1-9 days. Once confirming the package on hold by customs or get lost, will resend package for FREE. 100% guarantee you receive the package!


Step 6Returns & exchange return policy


Before each merchandise is sent, we will take photos of all items of your order and send them by email. If you need to change the items or cancel the order, please contact us in time. 


You may return your items within 7 days from the date merchandise were received. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. Return delivery cost should be arranged by you. We will refund your payment after the returned item is received. The original shipping and handling fee will be deducted from the refund.

Return insurance: We provide return insurance for customers in the United States. Our company shall pay the international shipping fee for the return! After receiving the package, exchange the products for you or full refund!
